Operating Policies

• New clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time. In order to provide the utmost service to all clients, we cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time.
• A credit card number is required for clients scheduling services requiring 30 minutes or more. Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Gift certificates may be used toward any product/service and will expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• We do not offer refunds on purchases of any kind. In-store credit may be given for unopened products and unused services at the owner's discretion.
• Any client referring 4 other clients who purchase services will receive $100.00 worth of product/services of his/her choice. Clients may not cross refer each other.
• Athens Laser Skin Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to any client.
